Package not moving

Helo!
I need some info. on my package with tracking number CP005423805BG. It hasn't moved since October 5th and I don't know why? What could be the reason - is it stuck in the customs, lost or something else?

The reason is not clearly shown in the tracking information. You need let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to check the detailed reason.

The receiver is a retail online store. I asked them twice to check what's happening but they refused. This is a part of one of the e-mails they sent too me: "Please note the return package will be delivered to us normally. If it gets stuck at the custom, it's your responsibility to clear it as we state in the instructions we sent you." What is "normally"? Instead the advise me to "For the status of the package, you should contact the relevant logistics service provider". What do I do from here? I'd do ne necessary but I don't know to which institution I should turn to. I'm kindly asking for your assistance!

As you sent it through Bulgarian Post, could you contact them to check it for you?

I contacted Bulgarian post but /logically/ they can not tell me what is the package status in China and for what reason the delivery has been delayed for so long; they only can track it within the Bulgarian territory. The employee told me that they had cases where the parcel is sent from China in January and it arrived in Bulgaria in August because of the customs. So she thinks it might be the case with my package traveling. I guess I'll have to arm myself with patience...
