Posted on 13/03. No updates since 14/03 (Shenzhen, has been handed over to the airline for transportation). Is that normal? Other carriers deliver in 15-25 days.

On the tracking site is now says ‘expired’ and the latest status update is
‘Shenzhen, import customs clearance’.
What does this mean? It the package still in China?

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

It's not normal. It should be delivered in two months. As it has been over two months, you need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
