Hi my package tracking - EB752919739CN has not moved for over a month now I understand covid there might be a delay but usually my other orders come within 2 weeks, can you help? Thanks

Hi Alex,

It's delayed. You'd better wait for another 10-20 days to see it it will be reached UK. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
