Package not found

Hello,
My mother sent me a big package about three weeks ago from France, throught the french postal service Colissimo. It is a big package that contains a very fragile instrument. The french postal service says the package already arrived in Chengdu a week ago and is waiting for me at the nearest postal office, but I haven't recieved any note in my box telling me where to pick it up. I went to the nearest postal office and they don't know where it is. I have a french tracking code: CC 7408 7513 4FR. Please help me, it is very important I recieve my instrument quickly.

The tracking system show the delivery was failed and it was in your nearest post office.

Not sure which office it is. You'd better call 11185 the service number of China Post to let them help you check. If you couldn't speak Chinese, press 8 after dailing the number.
