Package not delivered to the right adress

I ordered my package 2 and a half weeks ago it never gave me accurate updates and my package was never delivered to me it was delivered in Minnesota and I live in Georgia this postal service is garbage I either want a refund or I want my package sent to me this is ridiculous and I’m fed up
