Package not delivered to my address

The tracking is stating my package was delivered but it was delivered to my address. I have never received my order. I want to know how I can get my package. It must have been delivered to another address. Please advise on the exact address it was delivered to. Again, I never received my package.

Hi Katie edwards,

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. You need to require the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send one again to you) if you couldn't get it at last.

My package says delivered but it wasn’t delivered to me the package tracking number is CTTY2023721854CN and it says it’s been delivered but it hasn’t and it doesn’t tell me who shipped it so I’m just confused on why it says delivered if I don’t have it
