Package not delivered send in august 26

I send a package from US track#UH019451024US to Guangzhou 510000 and its not delivered yet how can I find out the reason?Please help

There is no further update after August 31. You'd better contact USPS to check it.

Hi,
the package is marked as dispatched since August 21 2021 and since then there is no further update.
The parcel was shipped by my friend on August 18 2021 and he send me the confirmation.
