urgently assist, i have contact the supplier to confirm delivery and they advise it was delivered. I work from home and would have received my package myself. Post office does not have the package either.
Where is my package? seems no one received although on the tracked it's delivered. Which post office, which courier delivered. No one seems to know. Please escalate for me to find my package. it is very important to me. Thank you.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to. If the seller doesn't cooperate, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
