Package tracked to Toronto Dec. 15/20. No further info. Tracking #S00000175640180. Now Sita says no info on this #.

Hi kvl,

It's stuck in the middle location now. It's not normal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
