Package not delivered

My package ZC010267955IT from Italy to Shanghai hasn't been delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered before the 14th of March 2020. No invoice left at my office, no local posts knows where it is and the tracking number doesn't bring anything up. It shows to be in China without providing the specific location. Is a very important document needed ASAP, where is the dispatching center and/or customs?? No one seems to know the actual address, I need to go there in person and get this package immediately!! Where is the address??

Hi, I'm still waiting for my package (UJ188494646CN) that I ordered in March. It have only few updates from few days in March and nothing more. Please check what is happening, I know some will be late because of global situation, but I'm not getting any info where it is right now..

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after March 13. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

I ordered a package back in July 2020, it’s nearly 3 months now and my package is no where to be found. It was never delivered. I have contacted seller but they never replied. Tracking:

Hi tuckerjo125,
It has been stuck at the US second processing center since August 11. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I have ordered a package and it says it has been delivered Saturday 12th of December at 09:14am. But no package had arrived since then!!

hi, i ordered a package and it should’ve been delivered by april 1 and it hasnt been delivered yet, the last update i got was “import terminated” and it never changes since then , the tracking number is LY717413583CN, please i need a solution ASAP !!!

Hi, my parcel from Zippygolf Alibaba bearing China post tracking no # CP368835545CN didn't yet reach it, it was supposed to be delivered in UAE by 1st or 2nd week of May 2021. Tracking shows the 21st April parcel reached Arrive at the place of destination (HKS OPS). Can you please tell us what is the problem here before we take any legal action against the seller or courier company itself? Very frustrated. I ordered an item with Zippygolf 9 months ago. He said the courier company lost for the first time and after a lot of follow-ups he re-shipped again and this time I will go to any level to stop this nonsense. Really frustrated about this.

It says that my package LV386258075CN has been delivered. “Your package was handed off directly”
But I did not receive anything?
On Amazon it says it was delivered Jan 5th at 5 pm
and on China post track and trace it says Jan 4th 5 pm
I was home on both days and I have not received anything. Nothing has been left outside in my front garden.
Please advise!

You'd better wait for more days to get its location. It's not got by China Post now.
