Package not delivered

I ordered from what I thought was a bath and body site which it wasn’t I guess Coming from China and I have paid for tracking several times and either it says pending or the last one said properly invested whatever that means. I’ve contacted the seller and you several times without answers. Please help. AM696248518CN

my package states it was delivered but i believe it was delivered to the wrong address i checked with my local postal services they have not had the package i am wondering where my package was delivered to as i have also checked with neighbors no one has received it.
