Package not delivered

Tracking states package delivered.
I was home all day and it was not delivered. Advised to contact carrier. I can't find out which carrier supposedly delivered the package. The china post tracking is the only carrier shown. I need to know the time of delivery, the location it was delivered to and by whom it was delivered by. The only tracking number is have is china post #Am739165058cn

According to the tracking information, AM739165058CN was delivered on March 13. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
