Package not delivered

Good afternoon,
I bought a package on Amazon (LZ188790476CN), to be delivered in Brussels. Yesterday, during the night, the delivery driver tried to put the package in my apartment building but it failed for some reason? Now Amazon is telling me to go pick up the package myself at the carrier's premises. I don't know where to go, do you have any more information? Thanks in advance, and have a nice day!
