Package not delivered

I have sent the package with the tracking number RE461735810GR since Feruary the 19nth and still has not been received. For the transit I have paid 21,50€ and the Greek post has done the necessary.
Purchase Protection is running out, but package is still in transit. Please inform me as soon as possible.

Hi Panagiota Tatsiona,

It's in China now and is waiting for the receiver to pay tax. You'd better push the receiver to pay it in order to release it.
