Package not delivered

The tracking says the package was delivered but I have not received it and I have been home all day watching for it. I contacted the seller for local carrier name and local tracking number but have gotten no response.

I need the name of the company who shipped this package

Hi Robert Kesler,

What's the tracking number? If you couldn't receive it in time and the seller doesn't reply you, you need to try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
