Package Not Delivered

I was sent a package from China and given the tracking number: AM554171452CN
The package tracking now says delivered but I have not received anything at all. Please help, thank you!

my package states it was delivered but i believe it was delivered to the wrong address i checked with my local postal services they have not had the package i am wondering where my package was delivered to as i have also checked with neighbors no one has received it.
