My package with the tracking number AT480389883CN has not been delivered. I've not received any notification or correspondence about weather my package has been delivered.

According to the tracking information, AT480389883CN was delivered on August 21. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
