It's been nearly 20 days since I placed my order and have been monitoring its progress, yet it hasn't been delivered to my address. Despite this, the address provided is accurate and located in France:
Could you please provide an update on the whereabouts of my package?

My tracker is : AM238980311CN
Do you have the name of the company that handled my parcel in France?
also I can't find my seller's information, can you send it to me?
