According to the tracking number, the package was delivered, but it is not at the address. I am attempting to locate it, but I am unable to get ahold of the sender. Please help.

AM213999586CN was delivered on Jan.5 to Heilbad Heiligenstadt 003730. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller couldn't be get ahold of.
