Can you please follow up my package of a portable monitor Laptop Flex 14"
Says above it has been delivered - can confirm it hasn't been delivered.
Delivery address is: 76 King Street, New Plymouth, 4310, New Zealand.
Tracking no. is AT172113954CN

Hi Christopher Luke,

According to the tracking information, AT172113954CN was delivered on Dec.11. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in New Zealand. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
