Package not delivered

My package LV877381608CN is showing as delivered but i have not had this parcel i have checked with the postal room and on the Royal mail site and it is showing as delivered but it is not saying what address it has been delivered too. This seems a common problem and i have tried contacting the seller in China but have had no Joy please can you advise what address this is so frustrating

If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The detailed delivery address couldn't be known through the tracking information. You need to require the seller to check it for you through contacting China Post to do a formal trace investigation.
