It is saying my parcel was delivered on the 09/08/2023 Tracking Number AG823081335CN but i did not receive my parcel at all

It was delivered to Western Australia Byford 6122 on August 9. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
