Package not delivered

RG015685085CN and RG016037079CN both of my package was in another state and it is not at the right address and the sender put at the wrong address is there anyway to contact them because I tired contacting them and they haven’t responded back to me

Hi Ernie,

Sorry, we don't know the the seller's contact way. It's private personal information. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Looks like this company sends the same tracking to all its customers. When I emailed them, they state that I need to contact my local post office. Tracking # is a postal tracking # and the deliveries are showing delivered in other states. This company is a scam. You should file a fraud claim with your bank.
