It should be delivered by Royal Mail in UK. If you couldn't receive it in time, you'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, it was not delivered on the 25th it would have needed to be handed over to the royal mail for that to happen, so please tell me the parcel has been delivered to as it has not been delivered to my address

No this parcel has not been delivered or I would not be asking you where it is, what event made your tracking change it to delivered as the royal mail have never received the parcel as it was not searchable on their tracking, please provide an answer the provides proof of where the item was delivered to

It was delivered in Westcliff On Sea on September 25. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

That has still not answered my question, please provide the following;
1. Proof It was handed over to the Royal Mail
2. Proof that is was delivered to and to where
3. An explanation as to what information you possess that made you change the status to delivered.
4. As the item has never been searchable on the royal mail site can you please tell me why you think it has been delivered

Also take some responsibility you are the company that shipped the item
