Yes it is traceable outside Serbia.
According to tracking from Serbian Post Office it is arrived in China yesterday.
Can you please check now, and give me more informations ?

Yes, it arrives in China on Jan. 10. China Post is processing it and deliver it to the recipient within the next few days.

Your package is sent by USPS first class mail. USPS first class mail is a cheap service which does not pay scanning service cost to China post. So, China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it. It's hard to check if it arrives in China or not.

From the present tracking details, it left Serbia on Dec. 23 and still in transit to China now. It doesn't arrive China now. Once it arrives China, there will be further update if it's traceable.
