Package no update since 19/04/2021

Hi My package CP432973012CN has not been received after 3 months, Parcelforce have asked me to contact you for more information and to help find this package as the tracking details haven't changed since the 19/04/2021.
Please can you help with information of where this package is now, and why it has not changed in 3 months?

Hi Icrim,

It should be sent by using a cheap way that couldn't be tracked after leaving China.If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Where is my package? (1 reply)

My China Post tracking #UU001349954CN - per the website it arrive in the US 4/17/2021, and on 4/18/2021 it states arrived at us secondary sorting center and it nothing has been updated since and it's now 5/27/2021 over 1 month, and I still have yet to receive my package. I need to know where my package is or at least some sort of update - I've emailed the company I ordered from and they just tell me to be patient.
