Package Never Received

I would give zero stars if it was an option. It shipped supposedly on 5.29.2020. Tracking started 6.6.2020. I never received it. It is coming from Fuzlou, China. I don't believe it was ever mailed. I have received over 30 packages from China since then and they were all timely and I don't believe this was ever mailed. It is a scam going on in Fuzlou, China with the merchants.

If you couldn't receive it in time, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.

Tracking says they were delivered mid July but that is not correct. I am housebound and have not received anything from BLACKTOZL. On July 11th, I received an email stating “Your order is on the way” but still have not received. Please Advise!!
