Package never delivered

My package has never been delivered to my house. According to the track & trace code it should have been delivered about 2 months ago. Please help locate my package.

Hi Frank,

According to the tracking information, it was delivered on August 28. It may be delivered to some other place if you don't receive it. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
