Does my package need to be signed for? It says they attempted delivery twice but I was home. How can I get my package?

It was delivered to your mailbox on June 16.

I had 2 packages I was supposed to receive but didn't. It says it was delivered and signed but I never received it and especially signed for it. I contacted customer service from where I ordered. But she keeps saying it was successfully delivered.
