Hello, please can I follow up on who the courier company what that supposedly delivered my parcel which was shipped with china post. My tracking number is: AM236599048CN.
I have not received the product and I have checked my local postal service who have no knowledge as the china post tracking number is not the same as what the postal service uses. I want to follow up on my parcel and confirm which company was used to deliver to my address so that I can follow up on where it would have been left.
Can I please have the name of the courier company used in Australia and the local tracking number so I can follow up.
