Package marked "return" - still in China

Good evening! I had a question about my parcel AS596358855CN which is on route to the UK (a sewing machine).
The tracking states "return - Nantong City, "three factory business department" has received, the operator: agency administrator".

I'm not sure what that means, if someone could explain? Thank you so much in advance!

Hi Meabh,

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on June 20. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Can I get update on my package. Tracking states it was dispatched from sorting centre on 24 December at 03:18 and then marked Return to Sender at 15:02 and on 24 December marked dispatched from sorting centre
