Package lost in limbo

Tracking RG025430947CN shows the package arrived on my country more than a month and a half ago but my postal office tells me they don't have it. Is there any sort of document like a receipt or a certificate that you guys delivered it to my country I could access so I could use it to complain to my Post Office? Thanks in advance

It's in Argentina but hasn't been handed over to Argentina. So, they have no information. But it's not normal that it's stuck for so long time, it may be lost during the transit. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a soluion from the seller in time.
