Package Lost at Destination Country

I have a package that originated in China (LZ752470255CN) and the tracking states that it was delivered at its final destination in Canada. This is incorrect as it has not arrived. Canada Post states that an inquiry on its location can only be made by China Post and not by the recipient in Canada. How do I do this?

You need to reflect the problem to the seller and let the seller contact China Post to invetigate. Then, give you a solution.

My package, UT495943241TH, has been in transit for 70 days now. It hasn’t had a shipping update since 2/14/2022 and says “arrived at sorting center in destination country”. Is there a chance this package is lost? What are the appropriate steps to take to ensure delivery or finding info on shipping. Thanks!
