Package lost?

My tracking numbers are CP316412342CN and CP316412360CN. Last status was on Sep 4 "leaving China". It's been 6 weeks and the packages still haven't arrived in Germany. Is it normal? Thanks.

It must be delayed on the road to Germany. In general, it should be there within a month. I suggest you wait for another ten days. If it's still not in Germany, let the sender contact China Post to see what's happened to them.

CP316412342CN has been over two months on road, and it's still not arrived, you'd better contact the sender to let him know. This package may be lost.
For CP316412360CN, it shows DHL Paket tried to deliver it to you on Nov. 17 but failed. You'd better contact DHL Paket as soon as possible to as what happened to it. If you don't contact them, the package may be returned back to China after several days.

Thank you for your message. I entered the tracking of an old package on the website, from Nanjing to Weil der Stadt in Germany, so similar route to mine (no CP262703217CN) and this is what the query returned:

Actually, I received a letter from DHL saying that it is at the customs bureau in Berlin (the destination city).

Package LT472931381CN has had no status updates in almost 30 days! It originally shipped almost 40 days ago!!! I have no idea where my package is, can you help please???
