Package lost?

Im afraid my package wont arrive anymore... Sended from Holland to Italy on the 20th of October but it still did not arrive. Now the status says "The item has been processed in the country of destination" since October the 30th. PostNL sends me to PosteItaliane, and PosteItaliane sends me to PostNL
