Package Lost

Hello,
I sent a package from China in february and it has still not arrived in Germany. I saw on your page that the package got to beijing and from there back to the province where i sent it. Can you please give me advice on what i can do now?

Hi Hanna,

You need to call China Post service number +86 10 11185 to ask why it's back to China and ask if they could delivery it again to you.
