My package (LY513151215CN) has been stuck in one place since the 29th of October. Do you know what’s going on?

Hi Mike.M,

It's still stuck at the customs now. You'd better wait for more days to see it's released. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
