TRACKING NUMBER- LW580619964CN
Where is my package at now? When will I actually receive my package? My tracking information has been saying the same thing since March 11th. That was 10 days ago with no new update. Why give people tracking numbers for the purpose of being able to track there package if you guys won’t even update the information. It seems like this happens a lot and you guys always have the same answer every time. It would be helpful to everyone if you guys could fix this issue if possible.

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. It may be delayed due to the coronavirus.
