my package was "shipped" on 11/30 but i didn't receive tracking update until 12/10. it has been in the same spot since then with no update, and i chose EMS because it was supposed to be quicker than epacket. tracking # AG486606688CN

I placed an order on April 10,2022. It was supposedly shipped on April 11, 2022 The following is what tracking has shown but still not in the hands of USPS in the USA. Please help
