Package left destination state

My package AG219472719CN was in my delivery state and city. I checked my package again and it has now left the state and city of where the item was supposed to be delivered to and hS now been brought to Sacramento when it is supposed to be in Oregon.

According to the tracking information, AG219472719CN was delivered in PORTLAND, OR97217 on Feb.25. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation.

My parcel has been in Sydney for 10 days, and my address is in Melbourne. In my order I accidentally wrote the wrong STATE, but kept the right postcode and address, and people on the internet said that it would be okay because the rest of the address was okay. My tracking number is UJ922391413CN. I know that Auspost will send the parcel to my address from then on but would China Post know anything about it?
The last tracking notification says:

Does "到达寄达地" mean it is at the DESTINATION or the destination country? Because what if it was delivered to the wrong house?

I ordered this item on the 6th of February and it was handed over to the airline on the 11th of March. Since it's already the 27th of April I'm wondering what's the state of the package, is it lost or is it simply delayed due to the coronavirus situation? I live in Portugal and the package number is RV349934386CN .
