Hi, My package was shipped on May 23, the tracking number is SUA200523BLLT1000130. It seems as though it left the GUANGZHOU Logistics Centre, went to Jamaica, NY and then returned back to the GUANGZHOU Logistics Centre. What's going on, where's my package?

My package arrived in Canada, it does not say a delivery attempt was done and was returned to China. Why? What happened? When will I receive my package?

I had a package sent to New Zealand, however, when it arrived at the destination it was returned to China. Why was it returned and how can I locate my package to have it redirected back to New Zealand. I have tried to make contact with the merchant/seller t by email since this event asking why my package was returned and seeking a refund but they have not replied. It is very difficult trying to sort this out from the other side of the world and I would appreciate your help and support to answer the questions I have along with an address or email so I can contact the distributor of where the package was uplifted from. Please help me!
