Left China 26 November , destination UK but there is no further information. Is it lost??

Hi Gillian,

It's not lost. It was handed over to the carrier transport on Nov.28 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, I have USPS First Class package (Tracking #: UA930837154US) that left Georgia in the USA, and arrived in Beijing in November 1st, 2020. Tracking only shows the following: "Your item departed a transfer airport in CAPITAL, BEIJING, CHINA on November 1, 2020 at 11:49 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination." USPS doesn't have any additional information. The recipient is a customer and has been contacting us about the order as it has not shown up. Thank you for your help!

Why does my package keep saying Returned?? (1 reply)

I made an order on Amazon Canada from a china seller on October 16th and it said it left originating country on November 1st..but the status says it was returned several times between October 31-November 26 and forwarded to an agent and said it has left the originating country again on December 3rd.

I have messaged the seller and they said that because of covid-19 it is slow to send and that is why it keeps returning but assures me that it will send to me..

But why is this happening? is this package being sent to Canada and sent back to China? i don't understand the status updates..
