Package LE710393297CN - stuck for 21 days

Hi, I´d like to ask about the status of my package tracking no. LE710393297CN, shipped by the seller on 10/1/2020, which seems to be stuck in Guangzhou, Guangdong sorting center for 21 days now. Can you please confirm when can I expect the package to move further to Czech Republic? I need to receive it as soon as possible. Thank you. Anna

Hi AnnaT,

It has left China and is in transit to Czech now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Hey, I’m getting pretty worried my package is stuck. It was moving very quickly then it got stuck on Airline Transportation and it’s been 10 days since I’ve gotten an update. I paid more for fast shipping so I don’t know why it’s been stuck for so long.

My package RG023319013CN has been stuck in the status of "Plane arriving" for 6 days now. I was tracking the package from the beginning and there were updates everyday up to that point.
