There has been no movement on my order since 10/12/21. It is stuck at the step of:
‘Guangdong Province-Guangzhou City Airline Scan-delivered to the carrier for transportation’
I contacted with my seller company’s agent and they told me to contact you to get information. Is there any problem with my package or everything is going okay I just need to wait patiently?
