Package keeps being returned

Why does my package keep being returned? It was sent out on March 30 and the status keeps changing from “dispatched” to “returned” for no reason. Tracking number: LO968470695CN

Hi Christian,

It couldn't pass the security check and was returned for many times. It's sent again and will be delivered to air transport in the following days. If it's still returned back, you need to contact the selelr to give you a solution as soon as possible.
