Hi there,
I was wondering if you could provide an update on my package. The tracking number is LZ819097949CN. It has been stuck at "Airline receives it" for 18 days. Is this package still coming and en route to arrive shortly? Any update would be helpful.

Hi Jen,

e-packet is slow to Canada now. It takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
