package is still stuck in China

Dear Daisy, my tracking is LH196798202US. I have contacted you a few times. My package is stuck in Shanghai ‘with carrier’ since 21st May. The seller and I have tried hard to resolve the issues. You told us to contact USPS for another tracking number. We contacted USPS but so far they have no tracking number. The package’s destination is Singapore but the seller put it as China. So, the package could still be in China. Can you call and find out where is it please? I appreciate your replies, but hope you don’t give us the same answer that it is in transit to Singapore and ask us to contact USPS again. We need help to locate the package. I have been waiting for my package since 18th April.

Hi Daisy, exactly how do i call China Post from Singapore. 11185 or with the country code doesn't get me anywhere.

i called 11185 and the person says she cannot help me. she tells me to call the ‘contact center’ but she doesn’t have the number. do you have the number?
If the seller put the country China instead of Singapore, it will not be sent to Singapore. Sorry, we could only get the last update is in Shanghai. No more information were found. You need to contact China Post by calling 11185 directly to ask if it's still stuck in China now.
