Package is still "OUT FOR DELIVERY" (Been more than 2 days)

I have an big package coming from Quanzhou, China. My package has been shipped through China Post on May 10th, 2024. On May 28th, 2024, the tracking says it is "OUT FOR DELIVERY", but I still have not received my package. I have been receiving other packages while NOT getting any updates about this specific package shipped through China Post.

You'd better contact your local post courier to check what happens to it as soon as possible.

Hello. Can anyone see exactly where my package is? I paid extra money for express delivery time and if I wouldnt have done it - the delivery time would of been 15-30 days. Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.
It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order, but
it seems the parcel is stuck in the same city.
Arriving at the sorting center, dispatched, then comeback again.
Is there some kind of delivery restriction in some parts of China?
