Package in transition for over a week

my package (tracking#AQ528737681CN) has arrived the place I live on 9/26. the status hasn't been updated ever since then, can I go to the local office to get it? Or how/who can I contact for further detail?

Hi Sebastian,

It should be delivered by USPS in the US. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to reflect the problem to the seller and let the seller contact the courier to check it for you.
