Package in transit for 40 days

I’ve bought a product from zaful on 13th March, the last update was on 14/03 and it says “ international expedition Guangzhou “ the tracking number is LO894451935CN, local destination is Portugal, could someone help me? Because I already contact zaful support center and they said that I need to wait, I believe they don’t even know nothing about the carrier. Please let me know any information. Thanks

Hi Debora Teixeira,

It has left China and is in transit to Portugal now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 daysto reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

my package LV499016027CN has been “in transit” for more than 5 days now. Before that it has been in “handed over to the carrier for transportation” fore more than 10 days.
So could you tell me why is it stuck in transit for more than 5 days .
